For 17 years, CNS Communications, a French Consulting & Expertise company, has been recognized as a leader in the field of network infrastructure collaborating with large international customers on operations in Europe (France, Romania) and APAC (Malaysia)

Today, we continue to evolve and transform. The company is growing its international presence and after Bucharest and Kuala Lumpur, CNS Communications is glad to open a new office based in Montreal to closely collaborate with the local IT expertise.

We have an ambitious objective, to broaden our expertise to the various bricks of the infrastructure to make it fluid for our customers: Cybersecurity, Cloud, Virtualization, etc.

In this context, CNS is looking for a Business Development Manager in the Montreal region, a dynamic and daring person.

You justify an experience of 5 to 8 years with a commercial background and a first experience in IT. You have worked in a consulting firm, an integrator, or in a technological start-up.

Your missions:

  • Participate in CNS growth in Canada
  • Generate new business opportunities within existing customers and expand CNS influence with new clients.
  • Explore and identify key accounts in the region to expand CNS activities
  • Enhance customer relationships and develop long-term strategic relationships
  • Promote innovative CNS offers (Technical Innovations, and “As-a-Service” offers) with the support of our technical consultants
  • Improve customer relationships and develop long-term strategic relationships
  • Ensure projects follow CNS quality standards and remain within agreed scope (budget, technical…)
  • Participate in business strategy planning (consultant workload, business forecast, reporting...)

This job is for you if:

  • You have between 5 and 8 years of relevant experience as a Business Development Manager in the IT sector.
  • You have a strong sales hunter instinct, drive and determination with proven track record in business development activities
  • You have a pleasant personality, and you are able to interact well with all levels of management.
  • You are curious, dynamic, and autonomous
  • You have networking skills and an existing customer base who trust you
  • You want to join a dynamic team
  • You are Fluent in French & English

  • Develop your hard skills and soft skills

You will be fully integrated in CNS worldwide and its corporate events (teamwork, CNS days, training…)
