CNS, Growth Champion 2026: interview with Geoffrey Quincey, Chief Executive Officer

Triple recognition

CNS x Statista x Les Echos x Financial Times

In 2026, CNS Communications simultaneously entered three key rankings compiled by Statista: Champions of Growth, Champions of Long-Term Growth published by Les Echos, and the FT1000 – Europe's Fastest Growing Companies published by the Financial Times. This triple recognition is driven by sustained growth, with an average annual growth rate of 19% over ten years and 20% growth between 2021 and 2024, enabling the group to climb to 237th place in the national ranking. It also comes with enhanced European visibility, as CNS is one of 252 French companies selected from among the 31 countries represented in the FT1000.

Geoffrey Quincey, Chief Executive Officer, discusses this momentum and the outlook for CNS.

CNS appears in both the ‘Champions of Growth’ and ‘Champions of Long-Term Growth’ lists. What does such recognition over ten years represent?

It is a source of great satisfaction and pride. Recognition over ten years does not reward a one-off success: it validates a trajectory, an ability to endure, and a level of excellence that we have upheld since CNS was founded. This performance is above all a collective one. Our teams are in the field every day, working closely with our clients to provide accurate, reliable answers and advice. CNS has continued to grow for more than twenty years thanks to the trust our clients have placed in us, year after year. Some major players have been with us since the company was founded in 2004: this loyalty speaks volumes about the relationship we have built with them.

It can be explained by one constant: we have never strayed from our values and our vision. We have always prioritised cutting-edge expertise, independence and a results-oriented approach. We develop new offerings with our clients, constantly enrich our skills and support them on some of the most critical infrastructure projects on the market. In my view, this consistency and these high standards are the very foundation of our sustainable growth.

CNS has also joined the Financial Times FT1000. What does this distinction mean on the European stage?

It is wonderful to see ourselves ranked among the top-performing European companies. This distinction is particularly significant given that, at a time when issues of sovereignty and digital trust are becoming increasingly important, our international positioning enables us to support major French and European multinationals with a service based on deeply European values and commitments. And as we are in the midst of international expansion, this recognition comes at just the right time: it puts the spotlight on the company! Our teams now operate in Europe, Asia and North America, working closely with our clients' operational environments.

How can CNS's ability to achieve sustainable growth in such a competitive market be explained?

Our sustained growth is due to a unique feature that has been CNS's strength for over twenty years: we are one of the few firms capable of combining genuine technical and technological expertise gained in the field with a high-level consulting vision. This combination enables us to support our clients in some of the most complex infrastructure transformations on the market, providing them with concrete and reliable solutions.

In concrete terms, we are currently involved in structural projects: cloud migrations, securing sensitive data, modernising critical infrastructure and large-scale automation. We are constantly investing in the skills development of our teams to stay ahead of major technological innovations. Our role is to manage this complexity for our clients, anticipate it and, above all, transform it into a competitive advantage. We help them adopt disruptive technologies such as advanced infrastructure data exploitation, observability strategy definition and AI integration and security, always ensuring that these technologies become a performance lever rather than an additional source of complexity.

Finally, our philosophy is also essential: customer satisfaction is not a principle, it is a daily requirement. Our top three clients, among the highest valuations on the CAC 40, have been working with CNS for over 18 years. This loyalty is the best indicator of the quality of our support and the relevance of our model.

What are the drivers shaping CNS's growth today?

Our growth is based on two key drivers. The first is the loyalty of our long-standing clients. We have been supporting them for many years in critical environments, and we are constantly enhancing our offering to stay ahead of their challenges. This ability to evolve with them, anticipate their needs and offer them services that are perfectly aligned with their strategic priorities is one of CNS's hallmarks.

The second driver is the attractiveness of our positioning. Many new organisations tell us that they have never encountered a comparable consulting firm capable of understanding strategic objectives and translating them into operational challenges. Our independence, our high-level technological expertise and our ability to immerse ourselves in their complex environments immediately create a solid relationship of trust. We are not a service provider: we become a long-term partner.

Our teams play a decisive role in this dynamic. They integrate fully into our clients' ecosystems, understand their operational constraints and support them on projects that very often extend beyond France's borders. This is what naturally led to our expansion into Asia and America: our clients needed us nearby, and we chose to follow them to guarantee the same high standards wherever they operate.

Perspective and ambition

What are the next steps to maintain this momentum?

We still have significant potential in France. Many large companies are not yet familiar with the CNS spirit, our unique approach to infrastructure and supporting transformation. We are going to reach out to them. We are innovating by offering our clients the opportunity to integrate new technologies: infrastructure automation, advanced data exploitation (automatic detection, observability), and the integration and security of generative AI applications, in order to respond to new market demands.

At the same time, we are accelerating our international development. New agencies will open in the coming months to support our clients even further. We are already seeing large local organisations in Asia and America enthusiastically adopting our model, our level of expertise and our ability to make them more efficient in their digital transformations.

The digital market is constantly innovating. Our role is to anticipate and master these new technologies and create tangible, immediate and lasting value for our clients. This dynamic is also reflected in the expansion of our scope of activity within the organisations that already place their trust in us: by understanding their new challenges, we are broadening our scope of intervention. It is this strategic agility that allows us to stay ahead of the curve.

We also owe our growth to the loyalty of our teams. Their commitment and daily dedication are immense strengths for CNS. Many have been with us for a long time because they feel good about what we are building together. They want to move the company forward and help it grow, and they do so with a genuine sense of customer service. I would really like to thank them. CNS is what it is today thanks to them, and what it will be tomorrow will owe just as much to them.

And then there are our major clients. I meet with them very regularly, and I always take the time to thank them for their trust and loyalty. Once again, a big thank you to our clients for supporting us in our development and growth.
