At CNS, expertise is always moving. And it’s meant to be lived.

At CNS, expertise is practised, built and refined.

It comes to life through projects, training programmes and day-to-day exchanges across our teams.
Here, technical excellence and human engagement move forward together: everyone grows by seeking to understand, share and pass on what they learn.

Expertise that evolves with the people who bring it to life

Our vision of expertise is rooted in the freedom to experiment, the importance of feedback and constant collaboration between consultants and managers.
We value initiative, ideas, critical thinking and collective intelligence.

Career paths grow as projects evolve. Paul Artighouha, Consultant Engineer at CNS, illustrates this approach perfectly:

“At CNS, no two days are ever the same. One day I’m discussing strategy with an IT department; the next, I’m leading a technical workshop or supporting a team through change implementation. I’ve learned that expertise isn’t just about mastering tools — it’s also about our ability to drive change. Encouraging communication between teams, building bridges, bringing everyone into the same dynamic to create value… that’s where the consultant’s role truly comes into its own.”

In the field, adaptability and openness are essential.
Our consultants don’t simply execute: they listen, adjust and find the right balance between technical rigour and contextual understanding.
It’s this precise yet curious perspective that creates real value.

Training Committee

Continuous growth, driven by real-world experience

Every CNS consultant engineer has concrete tools to support their development. Each year, they complete at least one training programme from an internal catalogue of 30 pathways, covering both technical expertise and interpersonal skills.

A Training Committee, made up of consultants, designs these programmes, selects speakers and continuously improves content based on field feedback.

Initiatives continue to grow: TechPafs, technology watch workshops, keynote sessions, client talks…
They encourage idea-sharing and collective skills development.

Moving forward together

A culture of feedback and trust

At CNS, managers and peers play a key role in this dynamic.
Every assignment includes structured feedback, dedicated time for discussion and reflection on lessons learned.

This feedback culture creates a direct link between lived experience and professional development.
As a result, people gain autonomy, confidence and genuine satisfaction in evolving within a non-routine environment.

Expertise in motion means recognising that progress never stops.
It is fuelled by projects, encounters and the shared ambition to do better, together.

It’s a collective energy: that of a company that learns as it moves forward — and moves forward because it learns.

At its core, “expertise in motion” means:
continual learning, transforming projects through tangible contribution, and strengthening collective momentum.

At CNS, we believe that living, recognised and evolving expertise is the key to long-term success.
