TOMORROW'S ENGINEER

DEVELOP A GLOBAL VISION, while ensuring permanent market intelligence and training on new solutions

ADDRESS ECOSYSTEMS AS A WHOLE, by understanding the horizontal complexity that goes with the vertical expertise.

STAND OUT BY YOUR CAPACITY TO SUPPORT AND ADVISE, by developing differentiating skills such as the ability to bring people together, transmit knowledge, innovate, etc. Because soft skills will make the difference between two formidable experts!

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

To address these challenges, CNS offers an environment that nourishes a global vision and transmission of knowledge, with special attention paid to skills.

You will join several project teams working with several different customers, to ensure a degree of detachment and a diverse range of experiences, which will improve your skills much faster.

You will join a small team which offers close assistance. Indeed, managers play an essential role in the development of their team, but also of CNS teams in general. The manager community bases its approach on shared standards, while preserving the singular mindset of their team through their own style and personality. The aim is to enable each person to grow while targeting the key skills and aptitudes they need to develop, by creating the conditions needed to ensure their successful development.

Strong focus on training with the deployment of a programme suited to each person, monitored and supervised on a dynamic, innovative, and collaborative platform.

To go further and make skills development a collective issue, we design and implement actions to systematically generate feedback about all for all.

Opportunities for dialogue within the company are multiple to exchange and expand points of view on projects, technology, market developments, etc. They take the form of workshops, RexTalks, articles, discussions between colleagues completed by talks by customers or specialists in their field during CNS training days.
